From claiming bonuses to withdrawal rules, live dealer games to responsible gaming — find answers to all your questions in one place.
Answers to Your Questions
Welcome to ab666. We know that both first-time and regular players often have many questions about online casino and betting platforms. That is why we have organized the most frequently asked topics on this page into four sections: responsible gaming, withdrawal methods, bonuses and offers, and live dealer games. If you cannot find your question here, contact us via our 24/7 live chat or at [email protected].
Responsible Gaming
ab666 offers a cooling-off or temporary break feature. You can temporarily suspend your account for a set period — such as 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this time, logging in or placing bets will not be possible. Contact our support team via live chat and they will help you complete the process.
Yes, ab666 provides a self-exclusion option. If you feel that gaming is causing you harm, let our support team know and they will close your account for an extended period or permanently. After making this decision, a set waiting period must pass before reactivation, which is in place for your own protection.
If you have concerns about gaming, contact our support team first. You can also find information in both Bengali and English on the websites of international organizations Gamblers Anonymous and BeGambleAware. Having an open conversation with a family member is also an important step. Remember, seeking help takes courage.
Some warning signs include: repeatedly placing bets to try to recover lost money, being unable to stop gaming, hiding your gaming from family and friends, and betting instead of paying bills or daily expenses. If you notice any of these in yourself, pause and seek help if needed. Find more details on our responsible gaming page.
You can set a personal limit on how much money you want to deposit per day, per week, or per month. To do this, let the support team know via live chat. Lowering the limit takes effect immediately; increasing it involves a waiting period to protect your interests.
How to Withdraw
At ab666, withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Once the request is verified, the money is sent directly to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account, or to your bank. Your first withdrawal may take slightly longer due to identity verification.
The minimum withdrawal amount at ab666 is ৳800. Requests below this amount will not be processed. Once the minimum amount has accumulated, you can submit a withdrawal request at any time.
You can withdraw funds via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Bangladeshi bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank). For security reasons, the wallet or bank account used for withdrawal must be registered in your own name — sending to someone else's account is not possible.
Yes. ab666's 24/7 support team is active seven days a week, around the clock. Withdrawal requests made at 2 AM or on Fridays and Saturdays are also normally completed within 1 hour. So you can submit a request at any time without worrying about the hour or day.
If it has been pending for more than 1 hour under normal processing, contact us directly via live chat or email [email protected]. The support team will quickly verify using the transaction ID and resolve the issue. Having a screenshot of your request on hand will speed up the process.
Bonuses & Offers
ab666 offers a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and you will receive ৳1,000 as a bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000. To receive the bonus, the designated offer must be activated at the time of your first deposit. The bonus is credited to your account automatically.
At ab666, the wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on your deposited funds. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus with a 25× wagering requirement, you need to wager ৳25,000 before the bonus becomes eligible for withdrawal. This rule is relatively straightforward for players.
Slot games generally contribute the most toward bonus wagering. Live casino games such as live blackjack or live baccarat may contribute partially. For details on the contribution rate of specific games, check with our support team or the terms and conditions page for the bonus.
No. The welcome bonus can only be received once per account. A person cannot open multiple accounts to take advantage of the bonus — this is a violation of our terms and conditions and may result in account closure.
Yes, a bonus can be cancelled. However, the request must be made before any bets are placed using the bonus balance. Once betting has started with the bonus, the bonus portion will be deducted from the balance at the time of cancellation. Contact support via live chat to cancel.
ab666 bonuses have an active expiry period. If wagering is not completed within the expiry period, the bonus will be cancelled automatically. The specific expiry period is stated in the terms of the bonus offer. It is therefore wise to start playing shortly after claiming a bonus.
Live Dealer Games
In a live dealer game, a real dealer broadcasts live from a professional studio. You can watch the game in real time and place bets on your own screen. Video streaming, automatic result recognition, and a chat feature together recreate the feel of a real casino from home. World-class providers such as Evolution Gaming and Ezugi deliver this service.
In live roulette, a spinning wheel contains numbers 1 through 36 and a zero. You can bet on a specific number, a color (red or black), or odd or even numbers. If the ball lands in a slot that matches your bet, you win. Betting on a specific number offers a higher payout ratio but a lower probability — betting on a color is the opposite.
Baccarat is a relatively simple game. Essentially, you bet on one of three outcomes: the Player wins, the Banker wins, or it is a Tie. The dealer deals two cards to each side; the side with a total closest to 9 wins. The Banker bet is generally considered the more favorable option for beginners.
Yes, ab666's live casino works fully in a mobile browser. There is no need to download a separate app — live streaming, betting, and chat can all be done directly from the browser. Make sure you have a stable internet connection for the best experience.
